I don’t really know where to start on this one. I got some questions on how I made my last post and how long it took in photoshop, I didn’t really keep a timer on it, but I think I spent around 20-30 hours all in all, to make all the pictures that I posted in last weeks post. Then I guess one has to add the 4 hour photo shoot on that.
The items and textures added on with the magic of photoshop, are my own pictures, creative commons and from other collections.
For everything else, me and Nasime saved and found random stuff that we thought would fit into the shoot. Like old cans, jars, candles, plants and other stuff.
So here you go, a little behind the photoshop scene!
If you haven’t seen the post from last week’s, check it out, might make more sense if you look at that one first.
In all honesty, with a little order and text you can come a long way. It’s easy to get lost in all the layers once you get started. Just naming some of the layers saves you a lot of time, and I mean A LOT of time. I learnt that the hard way.

Shooting With Colors – photoshoot collaboration project
As I mentioned last week I had the awesome opportunity to work with some amazing people. For the second photoshoot (last weekend) I Worked with my amazing friend/model Nasime Brown and the talented makeup artist Patricia Kara. Also got to work with Emmanuel Junglander who took the time to set up his black magic camera, and filmed some of the behind the scenes from the shoot!
So this time I brushed up on my 2 and 3 point lighting, using lifx bulbs – The lightbulb reinvented, and the smartest Wifi light bulb I’ve seen.
Here are some pics from the shoot! Make sure to check out Nasime, Patricia and Emmanuel on Instagram/websites, If you wanna know more about them. I’m gonna post the links further down!

Geez this past weekend has been freaking crazy awesome. Had two of my oldest and dearest friends come down and visit me, can barely remember last time we saw each other. We had been talking about having a photoshoot and I’ve always wanted to try to make old Hollywood portraits with modern people. So I gave it a shot!
Must give a shoutout to my honeys/models Hanna T. and Lendsy G.. You dammmmmn fine! My pictures would literally be nothing without you xD. It has been a pleasure working with you!
So here yah go, the first photoshoot from this weekend!
