Following are various poster designs, that’s been created for clients, personal use and artwork.
I’m half. Half swedish and half filipina. 50% fika eating IKEA-meatball lover and 50% rice cooking, smooth hair growing island peep. Swedish mentality with a mix of asian culture and traditions, in other words I’m the person who goes “I understand what you mean, but I disagree, but we’re still friends right?” Love the fact that I’m currently in bed laughing at myself hehe
What I want to get at, is that I’m me! And I would like to share a little part of it with you.
The pictures below is from my latest trip to the Philippines. My second home. Enjoy!
And hey, there’s a movie at the end, feel free to check it out if you want ! <3
So a couple of months ago I went on a trip where everything that could go wrong weeeeell… did go wrong!
But I survived the cancelled flights, the rebooking of places to stay and the new American laws and you know what! I had the time of my life! From Sweden to Los Angeles to Cancun in Mexico to Havanna and Trinidad in Cuba, Miami and back home!
So many weird and funny things happened on this trip I don’t even know where to start. People have asked me “what was the best/Funniest thing that happened during the trip?” My answer, – Geez, can I say everything?
I could have been jumping into a taxi and getting seated randomly next to two other Swedes. Ended up going out and buying a pizza from a cart at 2 in the morning, together with a Korean and a french dude.
Dancing salsa with a 75 year old man.
I’t could also have been riding around in a carriage in Havanna getting tricked into paying extra for something that was included, and then still ending up paying the amount that was promised.
Getting drunk of one mojito? Yes ONE mojito!
Getting to know an old Lady and her husband Mr Thompson, they started calling me Ale. The cute lady screamed ALLEEE from her window, and even though I didn’t understand a word that she said, we spent an amazing 20 min on her balcony talking about everything.
This post is Part 1 of 2 possible 3 post about my trip! And as you can see I decided to start with Cuba! So turn on the salsa music and check out my pictures! I also included a little vacation movie, if you wanna get the feels!
A while back I asked my workmates if I could take some pictures of them and make “little-big-people”art. After quite a few hours or should I say a couple of days behind the computer, alot of figuring out the things that to me represented each individual and a little magic here and there. I finally finished the posters. And I’m quite satisfied with the outcome!
Hope you like it!
Want to see some more? Check out this post from a while back :D
You know how you have to be in a certain mood to listen to a certain kind of music? Well I’ve listened to Amy Winehouse before, always loved her voice! But it hasn’t been until now or during this week that I’ve really come to appreciate, or how can I put it…” feel” her voice and lyrics. It was like everything struck me at once. Isn’t it weird sometimes.
Any who I just decided on dedicating a post to Amy and to tell people to go and listen to the album Back to black!
I don’t really know where to start on this one. I got some questions on how I made my last post and how long it took in photoshop, I didn’t really keep a timer on it, but I think I spent around 20-30 hours all in all, to make all the pictures that I posted in last weeks post. Then I guess one has to add the 4 hour photo shoot on that.
The items and textures added on with the magic of photoshop, are my own pictures, creative commons and from other collections.
For everything else, me and Nasime saved and found random stuff that we thought would fit into the shoot. Like old cans, jars, candles, plants and other stuff.
So here you go, a little behind the photoshop scene!
If you haven’t seen the post from last week’s, check it out, might make more sense if you look at that one first.
In all honesty, with a little order and text you can come a long way. It’s easy to get lost in all the layers once you get started. Just naming some of the layers saves you a lot of time, and I mean A LOT of time. I learnt that the hard way.

I still have a food thing going on here on the blog, can’t really help it. Started this project last friday/saturday, didn’t really turn out as expected but then again it never does. My little studio still smell of chickpeas, glue and beans. So here we go, a little beans, sesame seeds, chickpeas and coffee jewellery for everyone.

Am I weird when I say that I like watching people? What they do? How they do stuff? reactions, actions, facial expressions xD Well I do that sometimes, or should I say most of the time. With or without my camera.
I took the opportunity to stop once in a while during my trip to New york, look at the surroundings and the people in it. found some moments and took some pictures. Here Are some random pictures from the parks and streets of New york.
Hope you like it!
