Working with Leon as a client and with Team Indigo through Hyper Island has been a pure joy!

Leon is a fast food restaurant chain based in the United Kingdom, founded in 2004. With a mission to prove that it is possible to serve food that both tastes good and does you good. While making it easy for people to eat well on the high street.For this client brief i worked in a team of four, looking into the future of the company. Answering their question “How do we shape our organisation to meet the needs of our current and future clients and markets they operate in? What does the market look like in 10 years?”

Solution: Creating a way for Leon to renew them selfes and branch out, creating new touch points in the Leon network. One of them would be vending machines catering to the costumer needs.

During the work processes we worked with tools such as user journey, making SWOT analysis, getting to know the users, customers, the company.

Solution!

We wanted to help Leon branch out and see what the consumers actually wanted. The vending machines would be able to serve people with different types of wood, hot and cold in different areas. by keeping track of what’s selling the best, one would be able to tailor to needs depending on location. And with that also reduce waste.

 

Depending on location the already exciting Leon resturants would cater to the vendingmachines closes to them, catering to the machines needs collecting data, restocking etc. Food from both restaurants and vendingmachines by connect with the company “Too good to go”, Leon Would be able to reduce food waste.
