Project description: Working with EY (Ernst & Young) Via Hyper Island Business Transformation module.
For this client brief we looked into future tech and trends such as, block chain, freelancing and transparency. To find a solution for following client brief.
Brief: “How do we shape our organisation to meet the needs of our current and future clients and markets they operate in? What does the market look like in 10 years?” Are some of the questions that were answered during this brief.
Researched showed a lack of trust, transparency and understanding of/ in the company.
Suggested solution: How might we guide EY in reshaping their image while upholding company values? How might we aid EY in recruiting future talent? Split Ey in Half and showcasing transparency by putting money in startups, up-skilling, education and healthcare, producing more work and recruitment within the talent sector.
Working with CityCo, Manchester, finding a support tool for the general public and tourists to navigate around manchester. Answering question such as “How can we design a support tool for a Manchester night out? Something that would help a person engage with the city in a safe and enjoyable way.“
My task assignment: UX-research, Prototyping, Design and Pitch.
Solution: An app called WAGGL, that helps people navigate through the city safely. As if they were with a local!
Be a local everywhere
Waggl not only shows safer routes but points of interest that non-locals might miss
Routes are reviewed and rated by locals and visitors
Make it your own
Centered around a single city, Waggl is a more personal solution to navigation
Working with Leon as a client and with Team Indigo through Hyper Island has been a pure joy!
Leon is a fast food restaurant chain based in the United Kingdom, founded in 2004. With a mission to prove that it is possible to serve food that both tastes good and does you good. While making it easy for people to eat well on the high street. For this client brief i worked in a team of four, looking into the future of the company. Answering their question “How do we shape our organisation to meet the needs of our current and future clients and markets they operate in? What does the market look like in 10 years?”
Solution: Creating a way for Leon to renew them selfes and branch out, creating new touch points in the Leon network. One of them would be vending machines catering to the costumer needs.
Following is a presentation of solution and process
Following are funny quotes from the key findings from the research. People are looking for simple, cheap and easy at hand.
During the work processes we worked with tools such as user journey, making SWOT analysis, getting to know the users, customers, the company.
We wanted to help Leon branch out and see what the consumers actually wanted. The vending machines would be able to serve people with different types of wood, hot and cold in different areas. by keeping track of what’s selling the best, one would be able to tailor to needs depending on location. And with that also reduce waste.
Depending on location the already exciting Leon restaurants would cater to the vendingmachines closes to them, catering to the machines needs collecting data, restocking etc. Food from both restaurants and vendingmachines by connect with the company “Too good to go”, Leon Would be able to reduce food waste.
Some of the Marketing material, product a photography and social media pictures for ÖoB AB. A Swedish discount store, owned by the Runsvengruppen. It sells food, health & beauty products, homewares, DIY products and garden equipment. It has over 100 stores nationwide.
I worked as a production artist, putting together the designs for printed and digital campaigns. Also spent time as a product photographer, working with social media and content managing. During my time I further developed and managed the internal digital signage solution for price signs. Overlooking around 100 stores testing the solution and moving it into a more for a user friendly self printing solution.
A while back I had the opportunity to witness my first wedding vow renewal. It’s hard to try to explain in words, the warm fuzzy feeling you get when you see a couple that’s been together for 60 years still look at each other like it’s love at first sight.
Add in some family, love, reminiscing about the past and looking forward to the days coming, and you have yourself the most “on point” life recipe you can find!
I’d like you to wish you the best of luck in the future and say thank you for letting me be a part of this amazing moment!
It’s always a privilege to get invited to a wedding as a photographer, but to also get an invitation as a friend even more so. Love, Laughter, tears of joy and wonderful memories was shared this very special day. I’d like to say thank you for letting me be a part of your wedding and letting me capture some of the memories of the special day!
Thank you once again, and wishing you guys the best of luck and may even more happy memories come your way <3
This post is rather late as you can see hehe, keeping it short here haha,
I finally get to show you the best part of when great minds think alike! Me and Nasime have for a reallllyyy long time been talking about having a “Modern Voodoo Photoshoot”. Both of us being on a low budget, we finally pulled it off, low budget and everything!
Saving old cans, jars, wood and loads of other stuff. Used tinfoil taped on styrofoam as reflectors, and with a little good and random help from Sarah, some serious magic in photoshop. I’m proud to present “The November Voodoo Shoot”.
I think I spent a good 25-30 hours in photoshop all together Geeeeeezzz, BUT I loved every single minute of it! (But more on that in next weeks post, if you wanna know a little bit more on the behind the scenes, make sure to peek in next week, I’ll do a before and after.)
How about a little like or a share on this one!
Make sure to check out Nasime, and Sarah on instagram!
