So I went to Tokyo with Jens a couple of weeks ago! For so many years I told my self, I want to go to Tokyo, and guys! I DID IT! And it was the coolest trip I’ve made so far. 1 day in and I already knew that this wouldn’t be my last visit.
I don’t know where to start, the food, the culture, the hype, the people, the lights! I’m gonna let the pictures speak for themself. I also made a movie about the trip, check it out if you haven’t seen it <3
So a couple of months ago I went on a trip where everything that could go wrong weeeeell… did go wrong!
But I survived the cancelled flights, the rebooking of places to stay and the new American laws and you know what! I had the time of my life! From Sweden to Los Angeles to Cancun in Mexico to Havanna and Trinidad in Cuba, Miami and back home!
So many weird and funny things happened on this trip I don’t even know where to start. People have asked me “what was the best/Funniest thing that happened during the trip?” My answer, – Geez, can I say everything?
I could have been jumping into a taxi and getting seated randomly next to two other Swedes. Ended up going out and buying a pizza from a cart at 2 in the morning, together with a Korean and a french dude.
Dancing salsa with a 75 year old man.
I’t could also have been riding around in a carriage in Havanna getting tricked into paying extra for something that was included, and then still ending up paying the amount that was promised.
Getting drunk of one mojito? Yes ONE mojito!
Getting to know an old Lady and her husband Mr Thompson, they started calling me Ale. The cute lady screamed ALLEEE from her window, and even though I didn’t understand a word that she said, we spent an amazing 20 min on her balcony talking about everything.
This post is Part 1 of 2 possible 3 post about my trip! And as you can see I decided to start with Cuba! So turn on the salsa music and check out my pictures! I also included a little vacation movie, if you wanna get the feels!
This past year has been all about getting me and my creativity back on track. Even though I’m not all the way there, a weekend in Amsterdam really brought back some of it. I always forget how much I love just looking at people and capturing a random moment in time. I should really go for strolls more often, and Hey! Having a sister to do the long talks during the long walks, sure helps alot. And photocred to her for actually capturing me in a picture haha <3
This post is not a lot, but its something! And a little bit of something always a good thing right? :)
So I went to Norway, to meet up with some friends and family, check out Oslo, Kongsberg and also to do a little good and honest work. So with the little blisters still on my hands and swollen feet still recuperating from running around, I present to you my trip to Norway.
Hola chicas y chicos! Sooo I went on this last minute trip to Alicante last week with Len. Came back with pretty brownish legs, a burnt forehead, full stomach and a brain full of memories. The food, the people, the still siesta buzz in the air, do I need to say more.
So here you go, get ready for a little mix of late aftenoon/night in Alicante – part 1.
A The worst part of all this is going home. I mean, Who wants to leave so much art, sun, love and food behind!? It might have been a lot of first timers for me but defiantly not the last. Here’s some more random pictures from Paris.
Last weekend had a lot of “firsts” in it for me. My first trip to Paris, My first Louvre walk, my first Crème brûlée, and my first legit utter of the words “Je voudrais un croque monsieur, s’il vous plaît” (ordering a freaking amazeballss grilled ham and cheese sandwich). Had been waiting for almost 10 years to say that xD . It might not look like much 2 the world, but honestly if you get the chance drop by “La Fregate” and grab a Coffee or a Coke and a Croque monsieur!
Anyway when back in reality I decided on making the weekend in Paris into 2 posts. Didn’t want to bore you with to many pictures at once.
